Minimum Ordering
The minimum order to establish a dealer account is 2 ultrasonic LP cleaning units.
Ordering & Shipping
After account setup, orders can be placed directly on the Klaudio website. Depending on inventory, shipping schedule, and payment, you may expect items to ship in approximately 1-3 business days.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment include: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), or TT (telegraphic transfer). Net terms may also be available if submitting the Credit Application (PDF), subject to prior approval.
Pricing
If approved, your company will receive confirmation by email with price and purchasing instructions. There is no obligation to buy after receiving an online account and partner pricing.
Technical Support & Warranty
Klaudio provides direct technical support and warranty service to end-users within the warranty period. Sales Partners may also process an RMA with Klaudio on behalf of its customers. The original proof of purchase is required for warranty service. Please see Klaudio's Warranty Policy for further details.

Payment
Payment for international orders must be made by TT (telegraphic transfer). Bank account information will be provided upon purchase.

Technical Support & Warranty
To save time and shipping costs, international distributors/importers should have the technical capability to service products at their location. When possible, Klaudio will provide technical instructions and component replacements in order to fulfill Klaudio's Warranty Policy.
